Booking Process & Payment Schedule
- A reservation fee of THB 100,000 applies, followed by a 20% deposit upon signing of contract. (SPA signing in Singapore at pre-schedule time)

- For residences under construction, a progressive payment plan based on the property’s construction progress applies.
