Haus on Handy is a new residential development located in Central Singapore nearby the iconic Plaza Singapura mall. Part of the land currently house a conservation building that will be converted into a clubhouse to an estimated 188 residential units with 9-12 storeys high.

The site was first announced available under the Government Land Sales Programme whereby periodically, property sites are released for sale and interested parties can set an offer to ensure the rights for development of their land.
