Introduction
Copen Grand is a 99 years leasehold new launch executive condominium (EC) located at Tengah Garden Walk in District 24. The tender for the executive condominium (EC) Government Land Sales (GLS) site at Tengah Garden Walk closed in May 2021. Taurus Properties, a 50:50 joint venture between City Developments Limited (CDL) and MCL Land, submitted the highest bid of $400.3 million, which works out to $603 per sq ft per plot ratio (psf ppr). As Tengah will be developed into a smart and sustainable town, future residents can expect a visionary masterplan for Tengah. CDL and MCL Land plan to build 12 blocks of up to 14 storeys with around 620 EC units at the site. The project will be designed to achieve BCA Green Mark Gold PLUS (Super Low Energy) rating as per land tender conditions.
