S.T.K, a $200-million 26-level development at 3 St Kilda Road, which will include 309 apartments and 19 townhouses upon completion. St Kilda is Melbourne’s original seaside playground, and S.T.K will position residents to enjoy its beaches, cafés, nightlife, live music, parks and festivals. S.T.K will be a five-minute walk from Fitzroy Street and a 15-minute walk from Acland Street and the foreshore, where cyclists can join the 50-kilometre Bayside Trail. The 26-level building, made up of two structures within one façade, will house one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom dual level rooftop terraces. Designed by Eades and Bergman, apartments will feature textured splashbacks, marble finishes, satin chrome fixtures and timber flooring.

S.T.K’s architectural design makes views a primary consideration, with more than 70 per cent of residences featuring incredible water and city views. From level four, apartments will look across St Kilda and Albert Park Lake and surrounding suburbs to the bay, the city, the peninsula and out to the Dandenongs, with setbacks, glazed balustrades and stepped decks designed to optimise the views.

The 900-square-metre podium deck will feature decking, grassed landscaping and entertainment areas around a 20-metre infinity-edge lap pool, gymnasium, steam room, sauna, and a yoga room. Stepped terraces, a pillared gazebo, seating pockets and long banquettes around an open fire complete the outdoor retreat. Residents will also share a business centre with boardroom, conference and technology facilities and a library on level two. S.T.K will have a minimum six-star energy rating, with rainwater harvesting, solar-boosted hot water, storage for 132 bicycles and LED lighting. Security systems include CCTV in parking and public areas, zoned access, security lift access and emergency panic alarms in basement parking.
